Boa tarde

Após realização do primeiro módulo eletrónico de cnc construído com as placas de pmnimo onde montei três drives driscrete de 5A para os meus motores unipolares e uma interface Bob.

Agora iniciei a construção de um novo módulo Cnc e desta vez é para utilizar os meus motores bipolares.
Estas placas foram feitas a partir do site www.fisertek.it e devo dizer que funcionam muitíssimo bem.

Aquí ficam as fotografias.

Incisione lampo H2O2 130vol. e acido muriatico.

The method that I use for the serigrafie of the plates, is the same used to do PCB, method for thermal transfer.  
It is very easy and fast.  
1 - it cleans the surface of the plate with acetone  
2 - it places the paper with the drawing of the components on the correct side on the plate  
3 - it passes with the iron of starching very hot for top of the paper  
4 - it goes by water and lift the paper leaf  
5 - it passes with brush on the drawing transferred to eliminate the paper excess  
6 - it cleans with a dry cloth and pass transparent varnish
